Personnel as a success factor

How do companies create attractive conditions for their employees in order to attract the necessary specialists?

Company policy and administration as well as the professional competence of superiors, for example, are factors that can lead to employee dissatisfaction if they do not meet their expectations. On the other hand, a sense of achievement, feedback, recognition and a sense of responsibility play a central role in extreme employee satisfaction.

In addition, a good work-life balance and good social benefits are very important.

But when can we talk about good social benefits?
If, for example, we only offer mandatory occupational benefits and are satisfied with the minimum benefits, I cannot use this as a "selling point" when recruiting new employees.
A better pension solution means higher costs for the company, which have to be borne first. However, the more central the pension issue becomes for the employee (e.g., protection for the family, for old age, in the event of accident/illness), the more this + with better social benefits pays off.

Not only social security can increase the attractiveness of the company when looking for a job. Also other so called fringe benefits give countless possibilities to make a job more interesting for an applicant, like for example:

Quality of life benefits: convenient work schedules, more vacation time.
Monetary benefits: Seniority gift, rewarding special achievements, train season ticket or compensation for commuting to work
Advantageous employment conditions: Company parking, meals away from home.
Benefits: Utilization of fleet discounts, product rewards.
Gratuitous benefits: Fitness club contributions, education contributions for employee's children, use of the company's auto repair shop
and much more.
A well-functioning HR department (communication and administration) is the basis of the relationship between the employee and the employer.

When it comes to administration, the company can call in the necessary expertise via outsourcing (outsourcing) of payroll accounting. This is also a great advantage in terms of greater discretion. Rapidly changing legal requirements, such as withholding taxes, collective labor agreements, etc., are also difficult to keep track of and correct payroll accounting is an important part of the annual financial statements (after all, a wage statement is a document).

We are happy to support you in outsourcing your personnel administration and/or payroll accounting so that you can fully concentrate on the core business of your company.
